You may login to the event at 4:00pm to view the virtual lobby and exhibit hall. You will also be able to login to the platform for one month following the event to review and collect employer information, however the live chat features will not be available.

The live chat and video chat features will be available only from the night of the event from 4:00pm. You will also be able to login and view candidate information for one month following the event.
Tips for a successful job fair:
You only need Wi-Fi connection, and a camera feature on your device for video chats (optional), and a mobile, tablet, or laptop/desktop device. No additional technology is required.
As your school district considers the virtual booth design, keep in mind you want to attract teacher candidates with your job or anticipated job openings, applications, or videos. You may want to include salary information, where you are located, and local points of interest.
Chats can be public or private chats. Candidates move quickly on to other school districts during the live event if their chats do not receive a timely response.
Be prepared to offer follow up information and contact information to candidates following the live event..

The NJ Virtual Education Fair, presented by NJSchoolJobs.com will be largest teacher job Fair in New Jersey for 2022. The Job Fair will take place on April 6, 2022. Potential teachers will have the opportunity to connect with many schools/districts located throughout the state of NJ, without leaving their home. The online platform allows candidates the opportunity to interview with multiple schools/districts during the event that may not be possible with an in-person job fair.
